Show Notes

On our podcast, we love to travel all over the world together virtually by talking about some of our favorite places. Tonight we are going to stay in the US and talk about the 3rd largest city in the US, and arguably one of the most beloved -known as The Windy City, The Second City, The White City, The City that Works. Chicago-

The name Chicago was first recorded in 1688, where it appears as Chigagou, an Algonquian word meaning “onion field.”

When we decided this would be our topic, we immediately thought of the perfect guest. Tonight we are joined by a very special guest and dear friend

Robbi Jumaa Hamida,

Robbi is the Senior Vice President, Agency Operations of Nexion® Travel Group

Born and raised in Chicago, and although he moved away in 2000 he still considers it home. Visiting between 2-10 times a year. Each time he flown into Chicago, 4 minutes before landing, he plays the song Lake Shore Drive by Aliotta, Haynes and Jeremiah, as most flights landing at O’Hare make a turn over Lake Michigan flying over Lake Shore Drive before landing
