We usually don’t wait a couple of years to check out a new resort at Walt Disney World, but Covid admittedly threw us a little off our game. Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs resort opened in 2019, and Sandy and her husband were finally able to check it out in January, and Lindsay met them for dinner and drinks.
