Episode 296: A Brewers View of Epcot (Corrected)

This week we’re excited to welcome to the podcast Devin Singly, head brewer for Bombshell Brewery in Holly Springs, NC. Devin is a commercial brewer with a passion for all things Disney and beer history. Devin has been brewing beer professionally for ten years, and prior to that was a public librarian. As a librarian Devin studied and wrote about the history of beer.

Recently when I was visiting Bombshell I was telling Devin how excited I was to find locally a beer that I normally enjoy in Epcot. Not only was he familiar with it, but he knew the back story of how that particular beer got to Epcot. It made me wonder, what else could Devin tell us? Turns out quite a bit, so let’s get started!
