He is described as innovative, current and a bold thinker with the ability to effect change and grow business. He takes a no-nonsense approach to project management, customer service and just plain getting the job done. Garfield holds a Master degree in hospitality and hotel management, Master certification Revenue Management and Marketing from Cornell University is certified in professional development by Georgetown University Center for Cultural Development. He also holds memberships in professional organizations and sits on numerous boards. He is a connoisseur of the culinary arts and the recipient of over Ten (10) gold medal awards for original culinary creations.
